With a passion to help people naturally manage stress and pain, Carole started a massage practice in downtown Cookeville in 2007. It grew steadily and in 2011, the practice changed location to a multi-therapist center in Algood, TN.

The AM team locks arms in purpose while bearing t-shirts naming them playful aliases like: stress ninja, muscle whisperer, and stretch wizard. 

Carole offers the following branches of massage: Thai, Hot Stone, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and spa add-ons. She considers the following her strengths:

Need an extra ordinary foot massage? Anna graduated from Nashville Academy of Reflexology. Her in-dept knowledge of the feet along with the ancient wisdom of corresponding points makes her foot massage hard to beat! Anna's warm demeanor and professional touch helps someone feel right at ease.
